The receptionist support specialist is responsible for providing front office support to include: answering phones and route calls appropriately, receive, sort and distribute mail, faxes and other print documents. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing as requested. Create and modify documents in Word, Excel, or other appropriate means. Displays a positive outlook and pleasant manner. Basic use of computer, telephone, internet, copier, fax, and scanner. Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel. High School Diploma or GED required. Attention to detail and extremely organized. Prior receptionist support experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion. Must be able to prioritize and accomplish objectives in a timely fashion.
