| Days and Nights Available Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. The Machine Operator will set up, operate, monitor, and maintain machinery to ensure efficient and safe production in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules. * Operate machinery safely and efficiently. * Monitor machine operation during production to detect and correct issues. * Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment. * Conduct quality checks to ensure final products meet company standards. * Record production data and report any equipment malfunctions or deviations. * Follow all safety regulations and company procedures. Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED preferred. * Previous experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing environment is a plus. * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals (if applicable). * Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs stand for extended periods, and work in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
